This quick and easy stir fry recipe is perfect for feeding a crowd. Using the Karbon Steel™ Wok on your Kamado Joe®, you’ll cook tender slices of marinated beef with crisp baby corn, snap peas, red peppers, and onions in a savory soy-oyster sauce blend. Ideal for beginner grillers and ready in 30 minutes or less, this flavorful dish is perfect paired with fried rice or noodles.

To use your wok, remove the heat deflectors and grill grates from your grill. Insert the accessory rack and place the wok into the accessory rack.

Combine soy sauce and oyster sauce. Add to your beef and marinade before cooking.

- 3 - 5 pounds Beef Sirloin, sliced
- 1/2 cup Soy Sauce
- 5 tablespoons Oyster Sauce

Preheat your Kamado Joe® to medium-high heat, about 400˚F.

To use your wok, remove the heat deflectors and grill grates from your grill. Insert the accessory rack and place the wok into the accessory rack. Allow the wok to pre-heat.

Lightly oil your wok to refresh the seasoning and prevent sticking.

Add sliced beef to the wok. Let cook for about 5-10 minutes.

Add the vegetables to the wok. Let cook until translucent or soft.

Allow the beef to cook until it reaches an internal temperature of 145˚.
