Pineapple Plank Salmon

Pineapple and salmon are a incredible pairing. The use of a pineapple slice as a plank is simple yet elevated. By topping it all off with a roasted miso sake honey glaze the dish becomes as fun as it is delicious creating an irresistible experience!

    Season the pineapple plank and place it on the grill. Allow to cook for several minutes. Season the presentation side of the salmon, slightly oil and place the salmon on the grill. After 1 and a half minutes, flip the pineapple and then flip the salmon and place it on the hot side of the pineapple. Glaze the top of the fish with the Miso Saki Glaze(Brown Sugar,Aka Miso, Honey, Soy Sauce, Saki). Close the dome and cook for another 2 minutes or until the interna temp of the salmon reaches 130F.

    • 5 – 8 oz Kvaroy Arctic Salmon Fillet
    • 1 Each Pineapple Plank (Center cut Pineapple sliced into 1/2” planks)
    • 1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
    • 2 Tablespoons AKA Miso
    • 1 Tablespoon Honey
    • 2 teaspoons Soy Sauce
    • 1 Tablespoon Lanes BBQ Sweet Heat Seasoning
