Free shipping requirements

All KamadoJoe.com orders with purchases totaling $100 or more before tax, qualify for Free Standard Shipping within the contiguous U.S. and Canada (excluding Hawaii and Alaska)

What will my shipping costs be?

Shipping costs are assessed for any order totaling under $100 before tax. The shipping charge varies depending on the items selected, type of destination, destination location, size and weight of the package. Our web store provides shipping previews during the check out process which allows you to see your shipping charges prior to completing your order.

WHAT DO I DO IF AN ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED?

Take a picture of the damaged item, including any damage to the packaging and complete a contact support form by visiting kamadojoe.com/contact. Please remember to include pictures of the unit, packaging and receipt for proof of purchase. Items damaged during shipment can be claimed through the carrier with your receipt and tracking number. We take damaged item claims on a case-by-case basis and remedy the shipment at our discretion. This may mean a refund, replacement product or other agreement.

WHAT DO I DO IF I RECEIVE THE WRONG ITEM?

Please get in touch with us immediately by completing our contact support form at kamadojoe.com/contact. Please include a copy of your receipt showing the item(s) purchased and a picture of the incorrect item(s) received. We value your business and we want to make sure that we ship out to you the correct item right away. In some instances we may be out of stock on the item(s) purchased and may make other arrangements including a substitute item, or even a refund.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Please allow for two (2) business days to process orders and 5-7 days for delivery depending on the delivery location. Inclement whether is an exception that could potentially impact shipping expected delivery dates. Tracking information will be provided for orders. Orders will not be shipped to a post office box.
