FAQ

How do I check my Gift Card Balance?
The recipient of the gift card will receive an email containing the gift card redemption instructions and a unique link in the email to check the gift card balance. Recipients should check the link in the email to validate gift card balance.

If the gift card email is lost by the recipient, the purchaser or recipient should reach out to customer service and customer service can resend the email.

The Customer Service team can check the balance of the gift card if provided with the email address of the purchaser. You may contact customer support using our contact form.
I didn’t get my gift card email, what do I do?
If you have confirmed your email address but the Gift Card has not been viewed within a reasonable period after the requested delivery date, the following is a list of the most common reasons why delivery may have failed:

  • * Spam filter blocked email or routed it to a bulk/spam folder
  • * Recipient's firewall blocked the email
  • * Email inbox is over size limit
  • * Invalid email address

Please check your junk mail to see if the email is in the junk or spam folder.

If a spam filter is blocking contact@kamadojoe.com emails from getting to an inbox, the email options will need to be modified so that contact@kamadojoe.com emails are not considered spam.

Can I use more than 1 gift card at a time for a purchase?
Yes, you can use more than 1 gift card on your purchase. You may use your gift card on any product available for sale on the Kamado Joe website. To redeem more than one gift card, simply enter the first gift card and then the second gift card during check out.
