    In a bowl, mix your chicken, beef, and short ribs with Pineapple Bachan’s, Hot & Spicy Bachan’s, half of the sriracha, and minced garlic.

    Let marinate in the fridge for at least 2 hours to soak in that sweet heat.

    Stabilize your Kamado Joe at 400°F using lump charcoal for that signature smoke-kissed flavor.

    Remove meat from marinade and grill until cooked through and slightly charred.

    Dice the grilled meat into bite-sized chunks for easy wrapping.
