Black Bean Chicken Wings

    Stabilize your grill to 350°F. Feel free to go indirect or half and half by placing 1 ceramic deflector in the Divide and Conquer system and keep the other half open. Place both grill grates on the highest setting on both sides of the rack.

    While the grill is coming to temperature, combine all ingredients for the marinade. Transfer to a Ziploc bag with the wings and allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes.

    Place wings on the direct side for 20 minutes, then flip. After another 20 minutes, or when you have achieved the desired char and color, transfer the wings to the indirect side (or keep indirect the entire time) and allow to come to an internal temperature of 180°F.

    Remove from the grill and plate. Enjoy!
