Print-on-Demand Apparel Return Policy

For print-on-demand apparel purchased on, any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective apparel items must be submitted within 15 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 15 days after the estimated delivery date.

You will be asked to provide a photo of the issue or problem with your order.

Apparel items that are print-on-demand cannot be returned or exchanged due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect items ordered, worn/washed or used items or items that were gifted.
