Stabilize your grill at 400˚F. Using one half-moon deflector shield, create a semi-indirect grill surface.

Mix together all marinade ingredients.

- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 3 tablespoons Light brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons Soy sauce, less sodium
- 1 tablespoon Black and white sesame seeds, toasted
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced

Toss the broccoli florets with the marinade and place them stem side down on the grill grate above the half-moon deflector shield. Pour the remaining marinade over the top of the florets. Season with Q-Nami.

Allow to roast lid down for 10 minutes or until you like the texture and color.
