    Stabilize your Kamado Joe at 425F.

    Season the pineapple plank and place it on the grill. Allow to cook for several minutes. Season the presentation side of the salmon, slightly oil and place the salmon on the grill. After 1 and a half minutes, flip the pineapple and then flip the salmon and place it on the hot side of the pineapple. Glaze the top of the fish with the Miso Saki Glaze(Brown Sugar,Aka Miso, Honey, Soy Sauce, Saki). Close the dome and cook for another 2 minutes or until the interna temp of the salmon reaches 130F.

    • 5 – 8 oz Kvaroy Arctic Salmon Fillet
    • 1 Each Pineapple Plank (Center cut Pineapple sliced into 1/2” planks)
    • 1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
    • 2 Tablespoons AKA Miso
    • 1 Tablespoon Honey
    • 2 teaspoons Soy Sauce
    • 1 Tablespoon Lanes BBQ Sweet Heat Seasoning

    Transfer the pineapple plank salmon to your presentation plate, garnish with black and white sesame seeds and enjoy!
