Heat grill up to high heat (400 degrees)

Combine 2 lemons worth of juice, butter, garlic, sage, Rosemary and shallots onto a hot bowl and melt.

- 2 Cloves of Garlic
- Fresh Sage
- Fresh Rosemary
- 1 Minced Shallots

Season halibut with salt and pepper.

Brush halibut with lemon butter seasoning in step 2.

Add lemon slices to the top of the halibut.

Place into Joetisserie Basket Flat Top

Let rotate for 10 minutes and then brush halibut with leftover seasoning.

Grill for 5 more minutes

Remove halibut from grill and give a final coating of the lemon butter seasoning on the halibut.
