How to Reduce Image File Size
  • For iPhone: iPhone photo app cropping and editing does not reduce file size. Instead, search the App Store for "photo compressor" or "image resize" apps. Use one of these apps to reduce your photo's file size before uploading.
  • For Android:
    • Take a screenshot of your photo. Screenshots are usually smaller in size than original photos.
    • Open the photo, tap the pencil or "Edit" icon, crop or resize, then save. You can also use the "Share" option to send the photo to yourself and select a smaller size if available.
  • Check file size: After editing, check the file size in your photo gallery or file manager. Make sure it is less than 10 MB before uploading.
