1/4 cup water
1 tbs Worcestershire sauce
1 tbs apple cider vinegar
6 tbs mild chili powder
3 tbs paprika
3 tbls brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp dry mustard
2 1/4 tsp garlic salt
2 1/4 tsp kosher salt
2 1/4 tsp coarse ground black pepper
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup honey
1/4 cup apple juice
Rub ribs with moisturizer then sprinkle with seasoning
Cook 275F for 2 hours with indirect heat on Kamado Joe.
Place each rib slab in tinfoil, pour wrapping mixture over it, wrap up tinfoil. Stack ribs on Kamado Joe for 1 hour meat side down, flip after 30 minutes.
Remove ribs from cooker, let sit for 20 minutes in tinfoil.
Remove from tinfoil, season with left over seasoning, cook for another 30 minutes.
Apply thin coat of favorite BBQ sauce, cook for another 25 minutes
