    Stabilize your grill at 350˚F. Install a cast iron griddle and bring it to temperature and slightly oil.

    Ingredients

    • 2 teaspoons Olive oil

    Add sliced onions and begin to caramelize.

    Ingredients

    • 2 Yellow onions, sliced thin

    Season the shrimp and place the shrimp on the griddle.

    Ingredients

    • 1 pound Shrimp 21/25
    • 2 teaspoons Lanes BBQ SPG

    Continue to agitate and turn the onions and shrimp.

    Top the caramelized onions with Bread-and-Butter Jalapenos then BBQ Sauce.

    Ingredients

    • 2 tablespoons Bread and Butter Jalepenos
    • 1 tablespoon Firebug Grilling Sauce (Hot) or favorite BBQ sauce

    Now mix and combine sauced onions with the seasoned shrimp.

    Spread crunchy tostadas over a presentation platter or cutting board and top each with a proper amount of shrimp and onion mixture. Garnish with a slice of avocado and plush of cilantro.

    • 1/4 bunch Cilantro, leaved
    • 1 Avocado, sliced
