SHIPPING POLICY

 

If we had it our way, every person in the world would proudly wear Kamado Joe gear. To help get us there, Kamado Joe orders can be shipped within the United States and to international countries.

 

All orders will be shipped via FedEx at a flat rate once your order is processed. Orders shipping to U.S. and Canadian addresses will ship at a flat rate of $5.00. Orders shipping to International addresses will ship at a flat rate of $20.00. Please allow 5 days for orders shipping to the contiguous U.S. and 7 days for orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada. Shipments made to international addresses should anticipate an arrival within 10 days. We do our best to ensure timely delivery, but on occasion, delays can happen.

 

For the Joe fans planning to be the best dressed at work, at home, at the grill and everywhere else, U.S. and Canadian orders over $75.00 will receive free shipping.  

 

Purchases shipped to international addresses should anticipate their orders to arrive in approximately 10 days. If shipping to an international address, you are responsible for additional duties, taxes or other customs-related charges acquired. Please contact your customs department for clarification on additional charges.

RETURN POLICY

 

We know it can be tough to choose a size for someone else (because why else would you be returning your new Kamado Joe gear?). Whether you ordered the wrong size, something doesn’t fit just right or you don’t love it as much as you thought you would, you can return your order for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. For any products purchased at your authorized retailer, their return policy applies and you should contact them directly for assistance.

 

We accept returns on any items purchased through kamadojoe.com within 30 days of purchase. All returned items must be unused, unassembled and returned in the original packaging. Please include a copy of the receipt with the returned item.

 

A full refund for the price of the merchandise will be automatically applied to your credit or debit card within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned product. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable. All items must be postmarked within 30 days from the original date of shipment. No refunds will be given on merchandise returned after 30 days of the original date of shipment.
