Shredded cheddar cheese
Slice jalapenos in half lengthwise using a spoon clean the inside of seeds and veins (leaving as much vein as you want heat). Stuff pepper halves with cream cheese. Dip stuffed peppers in cheddar cheese and wrap the whole stuffed pepper in bacon.
Place on Kamado Joe using indirect plate at 250 degrees for 2 hours. YUM YUM
