1.5 gallons of apple cider vinegar
6-8 oz of black pepper
6-8 oz of red pepper
12 oz Texas Pete
6oz Tabasco
2-3 oz of crushed red pepper
1/3 lb of light brown sugar
3t of lemon juice
42-46 oz of tomato juice
1/3 cup of salt


Boil all ingredients until you can't smell vinegar as strong. This sauce is for a 130-140 lb pig. You can adjust.
