Grill Used Kamado Joe
Cook Time 11 minutes
Meat Other, Deer

- 1 pound ground deer
- 6 garlic cloves, crushed
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- ½ teaspoon allspice
- ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
- ½ cup chopped fresh cilantro
(makes 6 patties)

Plan of Action:
•Mix all ingredients & construct the ground deer into patties appx 1-inch thick.
•Fire up the Kamado Joe of course…
•Use the direct grilling method on the Kamado Joe. Allow the heat to reach about 650°F,.
•Place the patties on the grill and enjoy this searing for two minutes… After two more minutes, flip them once more. Demonstrate one more flip and shut down the system.
•Completely shut off air flow at top damper and draft door. Let the burgers cook for 3 to 5 minutes, until they reach the desired internal temperature (best checked with meat thermometer).
•Allow a few minutes of resting the deer burgers, and Enjoy.!
