Green cowl, filled with your favorite BBQ sauce, baked onions and bacon. Add four tablespoons of butter on top. Grill indirect for an hour and a half about on 350 F.

1 green cowl
1 small onion
200 grams of thick sliced bacon
Your favorite BBQ sauce
Add wood chips to your flavour
Set up your grill for indirect grilling. Heat up to 350 degrees F. Bake (in your kitchen) the onion and bacon together for 5 to 8 minutes. Meanwhile remove the heart of the cowl. Fold a ring of aluminum foil, this will prevent the cowl to roll on the grill. Now mix the bacon and onion with your favorite BBQ sauce. Place the cowl on top of the ring en put the BBQ sauce with bacon and union in the cowl. Rub the cowl with the remaining fat of the bacon. Finish by adding four tablespoons of butter on top of sauce.
