Senator Chicken Dinner
Amazing flavor, simple to prepare, always a winner!

2 - 4 Boneless Chicken Breasts - approximately 1 lbs
4 tsp Pappy's Seasoning
1 to 2 cups water
1 to 2 fresh tomatoes
2 to 4 slices of provolone cheese
Mix Pappy's seasoning and water in large sealable bag.
Remove fresh or thawed chicken breasts from packaging.
Place chicken breasts in bag and seal; ensure chicken breasts are covered and air is removed from bag.
Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Slice tomato in 1/4 inch thick slices and place on aluminum foil. Fold up edges of the foil to ensure juices are not lost. Lightly dust top side of tomato slices with Pappy's seasoning. Do not cover.
Set aside tomato slices.
Set aside provolone cheese slices.
Prepare grill to 350°F.
Remove breasts from water and place directly on hot grill. Add additional Pappy's directly to chicken breasts as desired.
Close grill and cook 7 minutes per side, turning twice for a total of 14 minutes per side.
Place foil that contains the tomato slices directly on grill after turning the chicken breasts twice. Tomato slices should cook with chicken for approximately 14 minutes.
Once chicken breasts reach desired temperature take chicken breasts and tomato slices directly from grill to plate, cover chicken breasts with tomato slices, and provolone cheese.
Serve with bread and favorite vegetable.
