Best Chicken Breasts
Simple but delicious way to prepare chicken breasts. We always grill extras as the leftovers are wonderful.
Prep time listed includes brining time.

4 Bone-in Chicken Breasts - approx. 1 lb.
4 Tbsp sugar
4 Tbsp salt
3 to 4 cups water
Dissolve sugar and salt in water. Place chicken breasts in large sealable plastic bag and pour water to cover. Press out excess air and refrigerate at least 30 minutes - 1 hour is better.
Prepare grill to 350°F.
Remove breasts from water; pat dry with paper towels. Sprinkle with salt and pepper (or season to taste with rubs, etc.) and grill 6 minutes per side, turning twice for a total of 12 minutes per side.
Cook to internal temperature of 170 degrees.
