Meat Pork, Chicken

- 2 cups of Heinz Ketchup
- 3/4 cup of apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp of Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tsp of sea salt
- 1 tsp. of black. pepper
- 1 tsp of Cayenne pepper
- 1/4 cup of brown sugar
- 1 tsp. of dry mustard
- 1 tbsp of lemon juice
- 1 stick of butter not margarine
- 1 tsp of cumin

combine all ingredients in a 2 quart sauce pan whisking in all your seasonings well and simmer over low heat for 30 minutes. All sauces should be served warm on the side unless cooking in competition. Sauces often mask the flavor of the meat which is not the intention , sauces should only be used to enhance the smoke flavor, this sauce is so good you will want to use for dipping bread in.
