Patton's Meat Market Beef Tenderloin trimmed by our butcher's.
Olive Oil
Worcestershire Sauce
Butcher's Pepper
Granulated Garlic
Kosher Salt


Have the butcher's at Patton's Meat Market remove the side muscle and silver-skin from a Beef Tenderloin. Season with Worcestershire sauce, kosher salt, butchers pepper, and granulated garlic.

Keep refrigerated for as little as 30 minutes or up to 24 hours. Before grilling on your Kamado Joe lightly rub with olive oil. Grill on Kamado Joe at 375F for roughly 40 - 45 minutes. Flip the meat every 15 minutes.

Remove from your grill and let cool on counter for 20 minutes before carving. This allows the juices to settle and the meat to arrive at that pretty pink center. Enjoy!
