First, let me say that we consider you as much a customer as the person who purchases one our grills and accessories. We want to have build a relationship with you that is both enjoyable and profitable. In the end, our success is determined by yours, because you are truly the face of Kamado Joe. That being said, we know that a great relationship starts with being open and transparent, so we would like to convey our views on a few important points that we consider critical in our partnership.

Exceptional Dealer Support
We offer 12 tools to help you generate more sales:

1. Website
One of the most valuable resources for you and your customers is our corporate website. It has a number features to educate and motivate your customers to make a purchasing decision with you. There are also several tools detailed below that will help you get in front of your potential customers and generate sales.

2. Dealer Locator
Your potential customers are looking for you. Make sure your contact information is entered in our dealer locator. If you are not currently in our database or need to update your information, you can send it to us through our Dealer Feedback Form.

3. Online Marketing Library
If you have an inhouse marketing department or use an independent designer to create your marketing materials, access to all of our brand elements are available online. Download logos, product and lifestyle photography, banners and ad templates. Contact us for the link and access information through our Dealer Feedback Form.

4. Online Warranty Registration
New Kamado Joe grill owners can enact their warranty through our website. It helps us resolve any future product issues, and it also allows us to enter them into our database. The latter gives us the opportunity for multiple touch points in the future to motivate more sales for you.

5. Online Recipe Library
We have a growing database of recipes that are offered free through our website. Encourage your customers to explore the recipes to help them become experienced outdoor grillers and smokers.

6. Videos
For new and potential Kamado Joe owners, these instructional videos are available through our website and they will help answer many common questions about using our ceramic grills. A DVD loop of the videos is also available to you for instore play.

7. Online Grill Comparison
If you have a potential customer who is in the purchasing decision process, we encourage you to send them to our online Grilling Comparison. It is an unbiased side-by-side comparison of briquette charcoal, gas and ceramic grilling.

8. Monthly Newscast "MoJoe"
Each month we send out an email newscast to subscribers. It is free of charge to anyone and includes recipes, product reviews and the latest information about Kamado Joe. Occasionally, we send a separate newscast to our distributors and dealers with private information regarding new products and marketing information.

9. Design/Marketing Assistance
If you have specific marketing or design need that is outside the resources of our marketing library, we offer design services free of charge to you. You are responsible for any associated production costs, and those may be offset by our marketing co-op program.

10. Facebook
We maintain a very active presence in social media. Our Facebook page is often frequented by potential and existing Kamado Joe owners. If you have a special event or promotion upcoming, our Facebook page is an excellent way to advertise.

11. Print Materials
There are several printed items available to you such as product brochures and point-of-sales materials to help you generate sales.

12. Cooking Demonstrations
Grilling and offering free samples are one of the best ways to intrigue and interest potential Kamado Joe customers. There is something about the smell of charcoal-fired food that no other marketing material can touch. We provide a Cooking Demonstration Guide to help you use this valuable sales tool.

Being a Kamado Joe Dealer
As a Kamado Joe dealer, you have a group of people who are dedicated to your success. We offer you exceptional margins, delivery and support. Our minimum order to become a Kamado Joe dealer is four grills. While our margins are unparalleled, repeat business with accessories and charcoal is essential for your success. Post purchase sales help you maintain a consistent revenue stream and build higher loyalty with your customers. Considering the benefits, we require all Kamado Joe dealers to maintain an in stock inventory of accessories.

When one of your customers purchases one of our ceramic grills, we highly encourage you to recommend our heat deflector, pizza stone, grill cover and charcoal along with their initial purchase. These are our highest selling accessories and they are considered essential accessories to extend the flexibility and product life of their grill.

Kamado Joe Dealers Who Carry Competing Brands of Grills
There is a trend by some grill manufacturers to enforce an "exclusivity rule" with their dealers, which prevents them from carry other brands of grills. We assume that their thinking is that it reduces the overall sales and profits of the manufacturer. We disagree.

First and foremost, we believe in competition and the free market, because it benefits everyone involved; the manufacturer, the retailer and the consumer. History proves that tension in the marketplace leads to better products, better service and lower prices. In that environment everyone wins. We're confident that Kamado Joe is a superior choice and we have no fear of a side-by-side comparison with other grills.
